Selling a house is complicated. I've bought and sold homes with agents since 1980, and Brock is one of the two agents who I'd recommend without reservation. Brock is an original, and every home or business address he sells is unique. He's thought about his approach to selling, and is pragmatic, original, and effective in all he does. I didn't eventually sell my current house with Brock, but that didn't reflect on his efforts. I had more viewings than any of my previous agents (for this house, or any other). I still live here, and, if I choose to have an agent again, Brock is at the top of my list.

Brock Harris has represented us in both buying and selling for many years. This last transaction was very difficult and because the buyers couldn't eventually get their necessary funding, it fell out of escrow twice, but Brock never dropped the ball and finally found us a buyer who could meet the price and get the fundings.
