Before transitioning into real estate, Nicole spent over a decade in journalism and podcast production, earning a Peabody Award for her work. She holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University, where she honed the skills of clear communication, precision, and storytelling on deadline. Throughout her media career, she built a reputation for leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering consistently in high-stakes environments—all strengths she now brings to the fast-paced world of real estate.
